The property is 86% leased to six tenants, centrally positioned in a supply-constrained, high-demand area, providing strategic access to Southern California’s major transportation corridors and critical distribution and logistics hubs.

A venture between San Juan Capistrano, CA-based Birtcher Anderson & Davis, LLC and Trinity Investors has recently closed on a $28.8 million purchase of an Industrial Portfolio located in Houston and Dallas, TX comprised of six (6) buildings totaling 244,108 sf, and home to 58 tenants. The sellers were represented by JLL. This represents the first investment for the venture.

A venture between San Juan Capistrano, CA-based Birtcher Anderson & Davis, LLC and Belay Investment Group has recently closed on a $42 million purchase of an Industrial Portfolio located in Dallas, TX comprised of nine (9) buildings totaling 300,437 sf, and home to 57 tenants.  The seller was represented by CBRE National Partners.  This represents the fourth investment for the venture since October 2020 totaling $150 million in consideration.
