Pinellas County 7 building portfolio acquired with Alex Brown Realty as JV Partner

July 2021, BA&D acquires 7 properties in Pinellas County, Florida totaling approximately 470,000 square feet that is closed on with Alex Brown Realty, Inc as a joint venture partners. The 122 suites in the portfolio include multi-tenant industrial and office.
