Leasing Associate - Laguna Hills, Ca
  • Monitor all expenses to ensure cost effectiveness and compliance with property budget parameters.
  • Conduct Onsite Leasing Activities at Saddleback Business Park, actively showing prospective tenants, managing renewal activities, and responding to all leasing inquiries related to the property.
  • Research and track property’s market and suggests means to improve market position.
  • Assist in preparing market survey and marketing plan.
  • Obtain market information and evaluate properties. 
  • Monitor production of all collateral marketing materials and programs for properties. Ensure accurate and timely updates are made to all collateral, websites, etc. as necessary.
  • Coordinate to develop and implement promotions and tenant relations programs.
  • Visit each assigned property as necessary. Conduct property and market tours for building ownership.
  • Review prospective tenants, including use of premises, financial statements, credit checks, and Lease Analysis.
  • Annually prepare budget assumptions for leasing inclusive of tenant improvements and lease commissions.  Forward to respective Property Manager to include in property level budget and presentation to Owner.
  • Review actual leasing to budgeted assumptions to evaluate what, if any, marketing adjustments need to be made.
  • Interface with brokers.
