Since its inception in 1939, the Birtcher organization has grown from a local home building contractor to national prominence as a leading real estate firm in the Western United States. The company has managed over 22 million square feet of commercial property for both their own investment and for various private and public investment entities over the past 40 years, in the United States and in Asia. Additionally, the Birtcher organization has engaged in asset management and repositioning assignments for major financial institutions, including the U.S. Government, as well as constructed or developed over 100 million square feet of commercial property nationally.
For more than 75 years, the Birtcher Anderson family of companies has maintained a solid reputation for INTEGRITY and COMMITMENT to enduring relationships with its clients and partners. The Birtcher tradition continues to exemplify dedication to operational and relational excellence across its current business platform.
In May of 2020 Birtcher Anderson & Davis Partners combined Investment and Management Services and created Birtcher Anderson & Davis. Davis Partners compliments Birtcher Anderson with its 3rd Party Management, including a history of Development & Operational experience with Industrial and Business Parks.
Since 1972, Davis Partners has accumulated a depth of experience including ground up development, investment in existing properties, debt and equity structuring & workouts, and all the support functions of management, leasing, accounting and reporting. We understand the business from the perspectives of both owners and advisors.
As a combined firm Birtcher Anderson & Davis draws on this wide‐ranging background to think through each investment and devise an action plan for each property. We bring together all of our resources and continually challenge ourselves to find the best way to achieve our goals.
