Mr. Eales directly oversees the transition process of an acquired asset from acquisition into asset management, and he oversees underwriting and due diligence during the acquisition and disposition process. Once acquired, he executes the business plan for the asset, maximizing value and cash flow for the client. He also acts as asset manager and directs leasing for several third-party clients throughout the United States.  Mr. Eales has over 37 years of commercial real estate experience in acquisitions, property management, leasing, accounting and due diligence. He has been with the Birtcher family of companies since 1997, serving in multiple capacities within portfolio management, property management and leasing. Prior to joining Birtcher Anderson, Mr. Eales was the Director of Regional Property Management for USAA Realty Company. Mr. Eales is a graduate of Trinity College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. He holds Certified Property Manager (CPM®) and Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM®) designations, and he is licensed as a California Real Estate Broker.
