A venture between San Juan Capistrano, CA-based Birtcher Anderson & Davis, LLC and Trinity Investors has recently closed on a $28.8 million purchase of an Industrial Portfolio located in Houston and Dallas, TX comprised of six (6) buildings totaling 244,108 sf, and home to 58 tenants. The sellers were represented by JLL. This represents the first investment for the venture.

BA&D has been successfully operating property similar to the portfolio for decades, and this acquisition will mean that BA&D controls nearly 1,600,000 SF in Texas.
