A venture between San Juan Capistrano, CA-based Birtcher Anderson & Davis, LLC and Trinity Investors has recently closed on a $28.8 million purchase of an Industrial Portfolio located in Houston and Dallas, TX comprised of six (6) buildings totaling 244,108 sf, and home to 58 tenants. The sellers were represented by JLL. This represents the first investment for the venture.

A venture between San Juan Capistrano, CA-based Birtcher Anderson & Davis, LLC and Belay Investment Group has recently closed on a $42 million purchase of an Industrial Portfolio located in Dallas, TX comprised of nine (9) buildings totaling 300,437 sf, and home to 57 tenants. The seller was represented by CBRE National Partners. This represents the fourth investment for the venture since October 2020 totaling $150 million in consideration.
April 2021, A venture between San Juan Capistrano, CA-based Birtcher Anderson & Davis, LLC and Belay Investment Group has recently closed on a $17.1 million purchase of the Sunstate Industrial Portfolio located in Tampa, FL comprised of eight (8) buildings totaling 180,323 sf, and home to 32 tenants. The seller was represented by Colliers. This represents the third investment for the venture since October 2020 totaling $110 million in consideration.
In June 2021, BA&D closed the sale of Pecan 130 Business Park, a two-building Class A multi-tenant light industrial park totaling 239,952 square feet in the Austin-area community of Pflugerville, TX.
The past three months have been big for the newly merged Birtcher Anderson & Davis.
Birtcher Anderson & Davis affiliate sells Center Point Business Park, a 146,229-square-foot, five-building industrial/flex property at 1907-1911 U.S. Highway 301 N., in Tampa, Florida for for $19.8 million.

A joint venture of Birtcher Anderson and Belay Investment Group has purchased a portfolio of eight shallow-bay industrial properties in the Dallas–Ft. Worth Metroplex. JLL Capital Markets brokered the deal for the seller and also arranged the acquisition financing for the buyers.
