Asset Manager and Senior Acquisitions Associate

With 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Magdalena is part of the acquisitions team at Birtcher Anderson & Davis in San Juan Capistrano, where she oversees financial analysis, cash-flow projections, due diligence, and escrow closings for industrial properties across California, Florida, and Texas. She also serves as an Asset Manager, focusing on property performance, leasing, and portfolio optimization.

Magdalena holds a B.A. in Finance from California State University, Fullerton, and is currently pursuing her MBA at the University of California, Irvine, with an expected graduation date of June 2027.

Born and raised in Poland, Magdalena now lives in Ladera Ranch, California, with her family. Outside of work and school, she enjoys spending time with her family at the beach, reading, and cooking Polish cuisine.
