A venture between San Juan Capistrano-based Birtcher Anderson Realty and JCR Capital of Denver, CO. has sold the remainder of Center Point Business Park in Tampa, Florida for $19.9 million.
The property sold was a 146,229 sf light industrial business park consisting of four (4) buildings, located in the west submarket of Tampa and was acquired in 2018 for $19.5 million as part of a larger project, with a 90,000 SF building being sold in April, 2020 for $8.9 million, bringing the collective sales price for both dispositions to nearly $29 million. The transaction was facilitated by Ryan Vaught and Robyn Hurrell of Colliers.
