Nicole Langford

Property Management Coordinator

Nicole Langford has a variegated 6-year career in Commercial Real Estate and Multi-Family Apartment Management managing over 1,000 apartment units throughout California and 54 commercial buildings throughout the Nation. Nicole has worked for reputable companies such as The Irvine Company and Rich Uncles, LLC. Nicole has a diverse background in working in Affordable Housing, Corporate Housing, Multi-Family Communities. In addition, Nicole has overseen Lease-Ups, Capital Improvements and familiarity with Fair Housing Laws. Nicole has obtained in her career recognition award for Culture Initiative, Early Career Leadership, Creativity Boot Camps and joining Committee’s within the company. One fun fact about Nicole is she played competitive soccer and traveled all over the Nation.

Jamison Johnson

Asset Manager, MAI (Non-Practicing)

Jamison N. Johnson has a very diverse career in commercial real estate (“CRE”), spanning nearly 25 years. Jamison has worked for a variety of prestigious companies, such as Stout, Deloitte, and KBS Realty Advisors. Jamison has a wide-ranging background in CRE that includes providing CRE valuation & consulting services, working on the investment side of CRE in an acquisition/disposition capacity, and most recently in asset management roles of multifamily properties. Jamison’s multifamily experience encompasses over eight (8) years of Mobile Home Management, Section-8/HUD, and Student Housing Apartment Communities with significant experience in tax appeals, rent control, and capital expenditure projects. Jamison has had involvement in markets throughout the United States, but a predominant amount of experience in both Northern and Southern California. In addition, Jamison specializes in strategic positioning, as well as optimizing leasing performance. Jamison has been active in the industry throughout his career, including involvement with the Southern California Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. Jamison holds the MAI designation, and is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in California (license #AG028838). Additionally, Jamison has been involved in many philanthropic endeavors that include planting trees in the City of Detroit following tornados, beach cleanups with Surfrider Foundation, school cleanups in Santa Ana School District, as well as fund raising efforts for Susan G. Komen for the Cure (addressing breast cancer) and Movember Foundation (raising awareness for men’s health issues, including prostate and testicular cancer). Jamison is also involved in the MSU Alumni Wisdom Mentoring project.

Rashelle Wedgwood

Asset Manager, CPM® Candidate, ARM®

Rashelle Wedgwood is a native to Southern California and has over 19 years’ experience in residential property management. Rashelle has worked for prestigious companies such as Western National Group, BRE Properties and The Certe Group. Rashelle has a diverse background in Mobile Home Management, Section-8/HUD, Multifamily Communities, and Conventional Apartment Communities with a strong knowledge of multiple sub-markets throughout Northern, Central and Southern California. In addition, Rashelle specializes in repositioning struggling properties, as well as lease-up management. Rashelle is active in the industry and has served on several committees for the Apartment Association of the Greater Inland Empire (AAGIE) as well as served as Co-Chair for the ARM Committee with IREM chapter 91. Rashelle has received several accolades over the course of her career, including the President’s award for AAGIE in 2010 and most recently Employee of the Year for Birtcher Anderson Realty Management in 2018. Rashelle holds a California Sales Person License and is a CPM® and ARM® through IREM.

Dianne Randazzo

Controller

Dianne Randazzo joined Davis Partners in 1996.  As a Portfolio Controller for Birtcher Anderson & Davis, Dianne oversees all lease administration, accounting and client reporting requirements for a Commercial mixed-use portfolio. Dianne has been an integral part of several accounting and budgeting software conversions.  Dianne has over 30 year of commercial real estate experience including, property management, leasing, lease administration, accounting, budgeting and auditing.  Dianne obtained her CA DRE Real Estate License in 1995 and became a Broker in 2017.  She continued her education and become a WA Managing Broker in 2018.  In working with clients and staff Dianne strives to ensure that the client’s expectations are continually met or exceeded.

Lynda L. Bettini

Regional Property Manager, CPM

Lynda Bettini currently oversees the property management activities of the Birtcher Arizona, LLC portfolio in Arizona.

Bettini has been in the real estate industry since 1979, received the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation, and holds her Arizona brokers license.  Having experience in office, industrial, retail and residential real estate, she has been involved in all forms of real estate management, accounting, leasing and tenant improvement construction.

Prior to relocating to Arizona, Bettini worked for Birtcher Anderson since 1989.  Based out of the California office, she was responsible for the property and asset management activities of several client portfolios including State Farm Insurance, Cigna Insurance, GMAC, local ownership groups and Birtcher Anderson owned properties.   Bettini has been married for over forty years.

Rebecca Krieger

Accounting Manager

Rebecca Krieger has worked at Davis Partners since 2008.  As a Portfolio Controller, she oversees a team and works closely with clients to ensure their accounting and financial reporting expectations are met and surpassed.

Rebecca has also worked at Wells Fargo Advisors, as a Financial Advisor Assistant building and maintaining client records, monitoring for compliance, while enhancing customer relations.

Rebecca earned a Bachelor of Accountancy degree in Accounting from the University of San Diego, is an active member of the USD Alumni Association, and holds a California Real Estate License.

She actively supports and volunteers for the Costa Mesa Aquatics Club.

Jaclyn Karcher

Regional Director

Jaclyn Karcher joined Davis Partners originally in 2009 and rejoined in 2016. As a Regional Director, Jaclyn works closely with clients and leads a team of Property Managers throughout Orange, Los Angeles and San Diego Counties ensuring client goals are met. Jaclyn is also involved in Capital and Tenant Improvements with projects ranging from $25,000 – $4,000,000.

Jaclyn is a licensed California Real Estate Sales Person. She graduated from The Art Institute of California, Orange County and received a B.S in Culinary Management.

Michele Howlin

Regional Director

Michele Howlin joined Davis Partners in 2005.  As a Regional Director, Michele oversees Property Management for over 3 million square feet of commercial assets in the Orange County and Inland Empire areas.  Michele enjoys the full-service approach of property management, including, leasing, construction and day-to-day oversite of the assets.

As a member of the commercial real estate industry since 1997, Michele has worked for owners such as Transpacific Development Company, Spieker Properties and Equity Office.

In her spare-time you can find Michele and her husband of 30 years watching their four boys play basketball at college, high school and junior high school.
