Acquired in Q1 2016, Birtcher Anderson successfully refurbished and stabilized the rent roll of the Concord Light Industrial multi-tenant buildings and sold within a period of 18 months, almost 2 years earlier than projected.

Repositioning capital expenditures included resurfacing parking, repainting buildings, and demising building space. The remaining building, a larger flex building, is currently in the dealing process of being sold.
