Jonathan Truitt, CPA, is an Accounting Manager at Birtcher Anderson & Davis Associates, where he supports the company’s accounting operations and real estate portfolio. He brings more than nine years of experience across public accounting, corporate finance, and real estate, with a background that includes PwC, Pacific Life, and Irvine Company.

In his current role, Jonathan works closely with the accounting and property management teams on financial reporting, process improvement, internal controls, and operational accounting. He also focuses on improving systems and workflows to support accurate, timely, and efficient financial information across the organization.
